📝 How to Enroll at Davis Training Institute

Your step-by-step enrollment guide for a career in healthcare

To qualify for enrollment, you must:

 

  • Be at least 17 years old

  • Provide proof of high school diploma or GED

  • If unable to provide proof of education, you must take the TABE Test (Levels 9 & 10) and score at least 70% in Math and English

  • Students under 18 require parent/guardian consent

Contact the admissions office to set up a personal interview with an admissions counselor.

This meeting will help determine which program best matches your goals and ensures you’re aware of all requirements and options (including the PayGo Plan and military discounts).


 🧾 Step 4: Submit Required Documents

Submit the following:

  • Application form (provided during your interview)

  • Government-issued ID

  • Educational documentation or TABE results

  • Any requested certifications (if applying for individual subject modules)


💵 Step 5: Pay Registration Fee

  • A $300 non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your spot in the program.

  • This also covers liability insurance for clinical externships.


💳 Step 6: Choose a Payment Option

Davis Training Institute offers three flexible payment options:

Option 1 – PayGo Upfront Plan

  • Save 10% by paying full tuition in advance.

Option 2 – Military Discount

  • Active military members and spouses receive 10% off.

Option 3 – Weekly PayGo Payment Plan

  • $300 deposit + weekly $250 payments, no interest.


🗓️ Step 7: Select a Term

You may begin enrollment up to 4 weeks before a new term starts.

  • Spring (Mar–Jun)

  • Summer (Jun–Sep)

  • Fall (Sep–Dec)

📚 Day and evening classes available:

  • Day: Mon, Tue, Thu – 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

  • Evening: Mon, Tue, Thu – 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM


🖊️ Step 8: Finalize Enrollment, Attend Orientation & Start Class

Once you’ve:

  • Completed the admissions interview

  • Submitted documents

  • Chosen your payment plan

  • Paid your registration feee

📢 Helpful Tips

  • Refund window: You may cancel within 72 hours after signing the enrollment contract for a full refund (minus any books or equipment fees).

  • Externship participation requires adherence to attendance policies and professional conduct at all times.

  • National exams (like NHA) require 70%+ passing scores for certification.
