🧾 Patient Care Technician (PCT) Program

🏥 Program Overview:

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) program is designed to train students in essential patient care duties performed under the supervision of nurses and medical staff. Students learn how to assist with daily patient needs like bathing, feeding, taking vital signs, providing catheter and perineal care, and performing basic EKG and phlebotomy procedures.

  • Program Duration: 186 hours

  • Instruction Format: Classroom lecture, lab practice, and externship

  • Credential Awarded: Certificate of Completion

  • Certification Eligibility: National Healthcareer Association (NHA) – CPCT/A Exam
