Students receiving a grade below &#8220;C&#8221; must retake the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grade Point Average (GPA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GPA is calculated on a 4.0 scale:<br>A = 4.0<br>B = 3.0<br>C = 2.0<br>D = 1.0<br>F = 0.0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 to remain in good academic standing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Academic Probation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students whose GPA falls below 2.0 will be placed on academic probation and must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meet with an academic advisor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop an academic improvement plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raise their GPA to 2.0 or above within one semester<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Failure to meet these requirements may result in dismissal from the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Withdrawal Policy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students may withdraw from a course according to the following timeline:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Week 1-2: 100% tuition refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Week 3-4: 50% tuition refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After Week 4: No refund, grade of &#8220;W&#8221; assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Official withdrawal forms must be submitted to the Registrar&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incomplete Grades<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An &#8220;I&#8221; (Incomplete) grade may be assigned when a student has completed at least 75% of the coursework but cannot complete the course due to documented extenuating circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incomplete work must be completed within 30 days of the end of the semester, or the grade automatically converts to an &#8220;F&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Academic Integrity<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Davis Training Institute expects all students to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity.
